Sridhar Manoharan began their work experience in 2019 as a BDM executive at Safexpress Private Limited, where they were responsible for ensuring timely delivery and pickup of materials, managing reverse logistics, and collecting payments. In 2021, they joined Porter as a trainee business associate and later became a Business Associate in 2022. Sridhar is currently working as a Research Team Lead at Porter.

Sridhar Manoharan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in logistics and shipping from the Indian Institute of Logistics between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com in corporate secretaryship from Jaya College Of Arts and Science from 2013 to 2016.
