Allison Richards is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR Business Partner at The University of Vermont Health Network- Porter Medical Center since February 2022, following a brief tenure as a Program Technician at HireAbility Vermont. Prior to these roles, Allison worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company and held multiple positions at the Vermont Department of Labor from December 2012 to August 2021, where responsibilities included program explanation and case management for various assistance programs. Earlier career experience includes administrative support at the VT Agency of Transportation and a role as a Career Center Specialist at the Vermont Department of Labor. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Business from Champlain College.
