Sheila Flores has over two decades of experience in client and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Client Experience Associate at Porter since August 2021, Sheila previously worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at McCoy-Rockford, Inc. from November 2005 to August 2021, and held the position of Office Administrator at ErgoPro Inc. from January 2000 to November 2005. Sheila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and an Associate's Degree in Business/Commerce from Houston Community College, completed from 2011 to 2013.
