Leon Tas has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT and consulting industry. Leon began their career as a Jr. Consultant at ABN AMRO in 2006 and later worked as a Consultant at Talent in Business. Leon then joined Capgemini in 2007, initially as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant and Agile Coach. From 2010 to 2012, Leon served as a Business Consultant at NS. In 2013, they briefly worked as an Adviseur at Duthler Associates before returning to Capgemini as a Managing Consultant and Agile Coach. In 2014 and 2015, they held the position of Managing Consultant and Agile Coach at Capgemini. In 2016, Leon joined Rabobank as a Scrum Master and Transition Manager/Agile Coach and played a crucial role in the transformation of the IT-Systems organization. Leon continued their agile coaching journey at Mprise from 2018 to 2020, where they held the position of Manager of Projects and Consultants. In 2020, Leon joined Devoteam as an Agile Transformation Coach and subsequently moved to their current role as Manager of Operations at Portbase in 2021.
Leon Tas attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Business Administration. In addition to their degree, Leon has obtained certifications as a team coach from the School voor Coaching in March 2019 and as a LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company in July 2017.
