Allison Benton is currently the Head of Professional Development at Portas Consulting, a leading international management consultancy specializing in the sports industry. Prior to this role, Allison spent a total of 17 years at McKinsey & Company, where Allison held various senior management positions in different practice areas. Allison holds a BA Honours in Economics & Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at INSEAD.
