Wendy Ni, CFA, FRM, serves as Vice President at Portage Point Partners since December 2024, focusing on the middle market within business advisory, interim management, and investment banking. Previously, Wendy Ni was a Private Equity Investor at Maxim Partners, LLC from October 2022 to November 2024, and held the role of MBA Investment Intern at Foothill Ventures in the summer of 2022. Wendy Ni's extensive experience also includes a managerial position at EY, where responsibilities encompassed the valuation of financial instruments for diverse clients. Wendy Ni holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering from Nanjing University.
