Robert Taal has extensive experience in the field of neighborhood development and housing advisory, currently serving as Adviseur Leefomgeving Projecten at Portaal since January 2002, where responsibilities include addressing livability issues based on regional support needs and working on projects in Arnhem, Nijmegen, and Utrecht. Previously, Robert held various positions including Adviseur Leefomgeving and Senior Woonconsulent at different organizations, focusing on improving living conditions and initiating livability projects in various municipalities such as Amersfoort and Soest. Robert also has experience in collections and legal proceedings from earlier roles at the Gemeente Den Haag and Woningstichting Soest. Educational qualifications include HEAO and MEAO degrees.
