Jordy Stevens has extensive experience in property management and maintenance, currently serving as Opzichter mutatie- en dagelijks onderhoud at Portaal since May 2017, overseeing daily and mutation maintenance for over 10,000 rental properties. Prior to this role, Jordy worked at Domica Amersfoort from October 2011 to May 2017 in rental and management of private real estate, contributing to a unique national franchise concept for efficient rental facilitation. Jordy's career began at Rots-Vast Groep Amersfoort in a similar administrative capacity before transitioning to C1000 as an administrative employee on a project basis. Academically, Jordy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a specialization in marketing management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, alongside a recent training in Basic Construction from BOB Opleiding.
