Sean Beers is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Port San Antonio since April 2024, Sean previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Kite Realty Group from January 2011 to October 2021. Prior to that, Sean worked as a Property Manager at Portfolio Property Management Global and served as an Asset Manager at Lund Capital Group. Sean began a career in the industry as a Senior Associate at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Sean holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1998 and 2002.
