Charmin Good is an experienced fitness and wellness professional, currently serving as the Owner of Inside Out Body Fitness since November 2012, where certification in fitness training and expertise in Gyrotonic, Barre, and Pilates group fitness instruction is demonstrated. In addition to owning a fitness studio, Charmin has been an Independent BEMER Distributor for BEMER Group Canada and BEMER Group USA since 2018 and 2019, respectively. An ongoing commitment to personal training is evident through roles at XLR8, Naples Power Plate Studio, and Port Royal Club Inc. since 2015 and 2012, respectively. Prior experience includes a Compliance Specialist position at Health Management Associates, Inc. from July 2005 to May 2014 and an Office Supervisor role at Baptist Health South Florida from April 1992 to July 2005.
