Ryan E. Burks has extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Since 2022, they have been serving as the President of the Port of South Louisiana. Prior to that, they held the position of President at RYCARS Construction, LLC since 2002.

Ryan E. Burks earned a Master of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Tulane University, completing the program between 1988 and 1992.
