Boris Delepine is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legislative affairs and contract administration. Currently serving as Legislative Affairs Manager and Contract Administrator at the Port of San Francisco since November 2014, Boris has previously held multiple roles within the City and County of San Francisco, including Administrative Analyst for the Contract Monitoring Division and the Human Rights Commission, as well as a Legislative Aide for the Board of Supervisors. Boris was also a member of the Local Business Enterprise Advisory Committee from April 2015 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Voter Education and Outreach Coordinator at the San Francisco Senior Action Network and various positions within the City and County of San Francisco's Board of Supervisors and Department of Elections. Boris holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from The Ohio State University, completed in June 1994, and graduated from Staples High School in June 1990.
