Wouter Buck is an experienced professional with a strong background in the port industry and public administration. Since January 2016, Wouter has held multiple management positions at the Port of Rotterdam, including Manager Customer Digital and Business Manager Port of Rotterdam International. Responsibilities include the development of digital solutions and policy advising focused on labor market stability and social innovation. Prior to this, Wouter completed a management traineeship at the Gemeente Rotterdam and conducted research on EU lobby groups at Universiteit Leiden. Wouter holds an MPA in International Administration from Leiden University and has completed innovation leadership training at THNK School of Leadership, along with degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Leiden University and Shanghai University.
