Shahrzad Nikghadam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and analytical roles within the port and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Project Lead Port Call Business Analyst at the Port of Rotterdam since October 2022, Shahrzad previously completed a PhD candidacy at Technische Universiteit Delft, where the focus was on improving port performance through simulation modeling and data sharing strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a System Analyst at CBKSoft Inc., a fully-funded Research Assistant at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, and a Project Analyst at SANTAL HOLDING, contributing to various projects in quality control and R&D studies. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and the University of Tabriz, respectively, along with a pre-doctoral program in Industrial Engineering.
