Anne-Rixt Zeilstra is a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR and IT consultancy. Currently serving as a Business Consultant HR/IT and RPA Developer at the Port of Rotterdam since November 2018, Anne-Rixt previously worked at Stedin as an Afstudeerstagiair, focusing on the Agile transformation towards self-organizing teams, and as a Projectmedewerker HR managing multiple HR projects. Earlier experiences include HRM internships, coaching at Erasmus University, and various customer service roles. Anne-Rixt holds a Master of Science in Organisational Change & Consultancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
