Gerald Fanning is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, industrial relations, and management. Currently serving as Project Coordinator at RVEEH since July 2017 and as Managing Director of Procedure Rock since July 2016, Gerald has also contributed as an IR Consultant for various companies, including Alphington Developments and Steller Constructions. Gerald Fanning is the owner of Gerald Fanning Consulting Services Pty Ltd, providing expertise in workplace relations and contractual advice since 1989. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Hastings Funds Management, HR and Contracts Consultant at Bayside Constructions and Plumbing, Marketing Director at Creative Lighting P/L, and IR Consultant at Mirvac Constructions. Gerald's career began in industrial relations with the Victorian Ministry of Transport and the Victorian State Government.
