Elias Raffoul has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and asset management sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Assets & Infrastructure Delivery at Port of Melbourne since April 2018, Elias has previously held significant roles such as Head of Assets & Program Delivery and Regional Delivery Manager at AusNet Services. Other professional experiences include positions as Project Engineer at Shell, Asset Performance Engineer at AGL Energy, and Strategy & Projects Engineer at TXU Energy. Elias holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Victoria University and has furthered education at Melbourne Business School.
