Rachael Jeffrey is an experienced environmental planner with a strong background in environmental assessment and planning. Currently serving as an Environmental Planner at Port Macquarie Hastings Council since July 2022, Rachael has previously held positions as an Environmental Assessment Officer at Kempsey Shire Council and Town Planner at both Kempsey Shire Council and The Council Approval Experts. Rachael's extensive experience includes managing multidisciplinary environmental projects, conducting environmental impact assessments, and preparing various planning reports. Rachael holds a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management and Tourism from Western Sydney University.
