Lucilla Marshall is an accomplished landscape architect and community manager with extensive experience in urban design and community engagement. Currently serving as the Group Manager - Community at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council since August 2013, Lucilla leads a team that fosters community collaboration through various initiatives, including community development, events, and library services. As the Principal Landscape Architect/Director at EPIC Landscape Architecture, Lucilla emphasizes inclusive design and master planning for communities.
