Charles Horowitz is an experienced political and civic engagement professional currently serving as a Harris Delegate for the 212,000 Democrats of Florida’s 25th Congressional District and as a member of the Consumer Protection Board for Broward County. In addition to these roles, Charles holds the position of Legislative Coordinator at the Digital Democracy Project, where efforts focus on enhancing voter engagement and facilitating public discourse. As a member of the Florida Democratic Party's Jewish Caucus Board of Directors, Charles addresses anti-Semitism and organizes candidate endorsements. Previously, Charles contributed as a Biden Delegate and interned in various capacities, including at The White House and Ballotpedia, focusing on effective communication and research. Charles is also the founder of Policy Reform Now, which published a significant number of articles on legislation and policy. Education includes dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Florida.
