James Taylor currently serves as the Vice President of the Port Angeles Business Association, focusing on organizing engaging activities and speaker engagements for weekly meetings. Previously, James held various roles, including Planning Commissioner for the City of Port Angeles and Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Jacobs. As the owner of JamesRocklyn Inc from 2008 to November 2022, James emphasized a systems approach to project management.
