Damon Tinsley currently serves as the Customer Experience Manager at Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles since June 2023. Previously, Damon held the position of Operations Supervisor at Republic Services from August 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading safety initiatives and collaborating with maintenance for equipment compliance. Prior roles include Operations Supervisor II- Training at MedSpeed, focusing on employee recruitment and engagement, and Assistant Store Manager positions at The TJX Companies, Inc. and Target, where Damon contributed to merchandising, operations, and customer service within high-volume environments. Damon began a career in management as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, overseeing branch operations and strategy development. Damon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Texas Southern University in 2013.
