Neta Ronen has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a People Partner at Porsche Digital. Neta has also worked as an HR Consultant and Recruiter in a freelance capacity, and previously held the position of Director and Head of People & Culture at Sears Israel. Additional roles include HR Manager-Consultant at MedAware and HR Manager at Intigua. Neta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Management from Open University.
