Kate Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, customer insights, and marketing research across notable organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Strategy and Customer Insights at Porsche Cars North America since November 2015, Kate has held various managerial roles including Customer Experience Manager and Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Consumer Insights Manager at Brinker International and Senior Research Analyst at American Airlines, where significant contributions were made to in-flight product development and AAdvantage® loyalty program research. Earlier in the career, Kate served as Marketing Research Manager and Analyst at Electrolux Major Appliances, supporting the successful launch of Electrolux and the reintroduction of the Frigidaire brand. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Marketing Research from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Illinois State University.
