Selina Spann currently serves as the Teamlead Group People Learning and Development at PORR Group, overseeing a team of approximately seven employees and managing various HR development topics, including talent management and performance management. Spann is responsible for the implementation of a new leadership program for over 1,500 global managers and the establishment of standard training processes with external providers. Prior to this role, Spann worked at UniCredit Bank Austria AG as Teamlead Recruiting and Employer Branding, where duties included managing recruiting strategies and fostering employer branding initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Project Manager, focusing on SAP HCM implementations and process simplifications. Selina Spann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Unternehmensführung/Entrepreneurship from FHWien der WKW and a degree in Tourism Management from Tourismusschulen MODUL.
