Paola Napolitano is an experienced professional with a strong background in CRM and project management, currently serving as XRM Functional Lead, Project Manager, and Customer Digital Engagement Delivery Manager at PORINI since November 2017. Prior to this role, Paola gained expertise as a CRM Consultant and Senior Consultant at PORINI INSIGHT from May 2014 to November 2017, where involvement included the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and customizations related to the project. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Accenture from December 2010 to May 2014, focusing on economic planning through SAP BPC and functional analysis of planning system requirements. Paola holds a Laurea and a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, completed between 2005 and 2010.
