Rinka Apsari serves as the VP of Business Operations at both YOYO Holdings Pte. Ltd. and PopStar since October 2022. Previously, Rinka held significant roles at TokoTalk, including Head of Digital Marketing Operations, where achievements included launching a successful Digital Marketing Center and managing a highly effective in-app marketing feature. Rinka’s experience also includes leadership positions at Essen Agriboga Nusantara as Chief Marketing Officer, and Smitra Synertec Arghareksa as Digital Marketing Lead. Rinka has a solid foundation in supply chain and customer development from a tenure at PT. Nestle Indonesia. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
