Conny Högström is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical innovation. Currently serving as CEO of DMF-Tooling and Head of Tech Center at PulPac since October 2021, Conny has progressed from Tech Center Manager to a strategic leadership role, overseeing R&D processes and facility management. Prior to PulPac, Conny held various positions at Seldén Mast AB from October 2012 to September 2021, including Operations Manager, focused on process improvement and creating a positive work environment, and CNC Programmer, responsible for programming and coordination of production deliveries. Conny also worked at Volvo Cars as a Customer Relations Manager from 2011 to 2012. Educational background includes attendance at Munkebäcksgymnasium.
