Jill Langenfeld currently serves as the CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Emcara Health since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Vice President Operations at Optum from May 2021 to April 2023, and served as Director of National Product at UnitedHealthcare from March 2018 to May 2021. Jill's earlier experience includes Chief of Staff and Shared Services at Harken Health, followed by various leadership roles including Chief of Staff, VP Operations, and Director of Strategic Solutions at UnitedHealth Group from October 2008 to December 2016. Jill began the professional journey at APAC Customer Services as Director and at TPG TeleManagement as Account Manager. Educationally, Jill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Bellevue University and a Master of Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global.
