Florence PELAEZ-CARUS is a seasoned professional in human resources and corporate social responsibility with extensive experience in project management and legal consultancy. Since March 2016, Florence has worked as a Chef de projets RH/RSE at POPEI, focusing on translating client needs into functional specifications and providing user training. Additionally, Florence has served as a Gestionnaire DOETH at Agefiph and held various HR roles at BNP Paribas, DCNS, CHEP, ERDF-GRDF, SFR, and HIGH BRIDGE. Florences' educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion du Personnel and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Geology from Université Pierre et Marie Curie.
