Alan Falik currently serves as President of Poolsure, an Aquasol Company, since August 2009, where responsibilities include providing pool chemicals and chemical automation equipment to commercial properties along the Gulf Coast, as well as offering bulk distribution of chlorination and de-chlorination products for various industries. Prior to this role, Alan Falik gained experience in investment banking as an Associate at FBR from June 2007 to July 2009 and as an Analyst at Sanders Morris Harris from August 2006 to June 2007. Additionally, Alan Falik worked as an Analyst/Trust Officer at Amegy Bank between 2005 and 2006. Alan Falik holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the SMU Cox School of Business and Southern Methodist University, both completed between 2001 and 2005.
