Claude Kershner IV is a seasoned academic and business professional currently serving as a Professor of Leadership & Management Innovation at Miami Dade College since March 2022. With extensive experience in managing and mentoring, Kershner co-owns Pool Centurion and serves as Managing Principal at A.R.C.H. Consulting, LLC. Kershner is involved with The Venture Mentoring Team as a Business Mentor, supporting startups and small businesses. Previous roles include President of Reef Tropical Pools, Research Coordinator at CB Richard Ellis, and various positions at Oklahoma State University. Kershner holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Florida International University, alongside a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Psychology from Lehigh University.
