Ian Hart possesses extensive experience in operations management, having served as an Operations Manager for Lambert Smith Hampton and Pontin's, overseeing various aspects of large holiday park operations. Prior experience includes roles as Complex Manager at Parkdean Resorts, where management of a busy showbar and complex was required, and Senior Sous Chef at The Restaurant Group plc. Ian began a culinary career as a Grill Chef at Nando's UK & IRE and has held managerial positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, including General Manager and Head Chef. Ian's educational background includes attendance at Borden Grammar School and Gravesend Grammar School.
