Fernando Bolque has extensive experience in the legal and educational fields, serving as a Promotor de Justiça at the Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo since November 1993. In January 2016, Fernando Bolque founded the Instituto MindLaw de NeurolinguÃstica Forense, a center specializing in the analysis of human behavior, focusing on forensic neurolinguistics, behavioral profiling, crime scene analysis, and eye movement analysis. Since January 2017, Fernando Bolque has been a guest professor in the postgraduate law program at PontifÃcia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has held a position as a university professor at FMP - Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público since January 2016. Previously, Fernando Bolque was a university professor at Universidade São Judas Tadeu from January 2010 to June 2018. Fernando Bolque holds a master's degree in Law of Social Relations from PontifÃcia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, earned between 1999 and 2003.
