Beatriz Arancibia Floody is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and customer service, currently serving as Subgerente de Experiencia Pacientes at UC CHRISTUS since January 2023. Prior to this role, Beatriz held various positions at GPS Chile S.p.A., including Jefe Desarrollo Organizacional and Jefe Servicio al Cliente, and contributed as an Instructional Designer at Proqualitas. Beatriz's significant tenure at LATAM Airlines spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included overseeing safety and service training for over 9,500 cabin crew members across multiple countries, managing substantial training budgets, and developing educational content. Additional roles included union representation as President of the Cabin Crew Union and initial service as a cabin crew member. Beatriz holds a Diplomado en Coaching Ejecutivo from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with qualifications in tourism and English language proficiency from Duoc UC and the University of Cambridge.
