Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store that focuses on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, as well as working as a nutritionist at a private practice and as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
