Maiju Huisman is a Project Lead in Digital Services and IT at Ponsse since April 2022, contributing to one of the largest manufacturers of cut-to-length forest machines. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Avidly Suomi from January 2020 to November 2021, where Maiju worked on marketing technology solutions. Additional roles encompass Sales and Marketing Specialist and Sales Specialist at Vararengasravintolat Oy, with responsibilities in brand and sales development, website implementation, CRM deployment, and digital marketing strategy execution. Early career experiences include positions as a Sous Chef and Chef De Partie in Nordic organic cuisine at Tertin kartano, along with more culinary experience at ¡Panza!. Maiju holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Xamk and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Eastern Finland in Business.
