Shadi Zahra Vandhi has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2011 as a co-founder of Shadfar Group. They also worked as a manager at Farshid Pers publishing company and as an editor on the book "Story Land". In 2013, they became a Goodreads author. In 2014, they worked in team work and technical support at Farshid Design. In 2017, they started freelancing at Ponisha.ir and also worked as a freelance web developer. They also worked as a freelancer at ParsFreelancer in 2017 and as a typist at typeiran in 2018. In 2018, they became a technical support team manager at Megatheme.

Shadi Zahra Vand received their bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in software development from Payame Noor University (Distance Education) from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from Iran Technical & Vocational Training organization. These certifications include Technical Communication and Consultation in February 2017, Photoshop in January 2017, e-Citizen in January 2017, Multimedia Producer in February 2014, and Web Page Programmer - HTML in August 2011. Furthermore, they hold a computer engineer certification from Payame Noor University in July 2010. Prior to their university education, they completed a course in the spectrum of English education from Shokooh English School in July 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Public Personal Computer User from Iran Technical & Vocational Training in September 2002. Also, they have obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship in February 2009 from Iran Technical & Vocational Training.
