Andrew Costello has been working in the software development industry since 2015. In that year, they were a Frontend Developer for SilOOette, a start-up funded by the New Frontiers Entrepreneur Development Programme. In the same year, they were also a Co-Founder for CarGo. In 2015, they also held an internship as a Marketing Analyst for Fire Financial Services Limited. In 2016, they were a Software Developer for Aladdin Schools. From 2018-2022, they were a Software Developer for Boulder Media, and they are currently a Software Engineer for Pond5.

Andrew Costello graduated from University College Dublin in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree, having completed a joint major in Information and Computing, Politics and International Relations. Andrew began their studies at the university in 2011.
