James LoPiano is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as an Associate at Pomerantz LLP since October 2018, James previously held the position of Legal Clerk at the same firm. Prior to this, James contributed as a Fellow and Legal Intern at Lincoln Square Legal Services Inc. during 2017 and 2018. Additional experience includes an internship at The Authors Guild and a Judicial Internship under the Honorable Stephen A. Bucaria at the Nassau County Supreme Court's Commercial Division. James LoPiano earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors, as well as a concentration in Cinema & Cultural Studies, from Stony Brook University, obtained in 2013.
