Antonela Batista is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Culture, Engagement & Talent Development Manager at Pomelo since January 2022. Antonela has held several roles at Pomelo, including Regional Talent Development Lead and Talent Development Senior Analyst, where responsibilities included designing the first Performance Review for the company and creating a toolkit for new leaders. Prior to Pomelo, Antonela worked at redbee Studios as an IT Recruiter and at W3 Digital Agency as a Lead Technical Recruiter, focusing on the development of recruitment processes using Scrum methodology. With a strong background in training, Antonela held positions at ARA as the Leader of Training and Development, and as an Analyst in various roles, including Institutional Relations. Antonela’s career began at Nesciinc, where responsibilities included managing office communications. Antonela holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad de San Andrés and a degree in Public Relations from Universidad del Salvador.
