Rob Fields serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Beth Israel Lahey Health since February 2023, overseeing key areas including quality, safety, and emergency management. Fields has an extensive background in healthcare leadership, previously holding roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief Population Health Officer at Mount Sinai Health System and various positions with the National Association of ACOs, where leadership roles included Chairman of the Board. Additional experience encompasses leadership in medical quality and transformation at Mission Health Partners and Healthfirst, as well as teaching as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Fields holds an M.D. from the University of Florida College of Medicine, an MHA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA in Spanish from the University of Florida.
