Thanh Nguyen is a seasoned formulation scientist with extensive experience in developing novel polymer coatings and materials for various industrial applications. Currently at Polytek Development Corp since November 2020, Thanh focuses on epoxy, urethane, silicone, and acrylate formulations. Prior roles include Research and Development Chemist at Hill and Griffith Company, where Thanh improved mold lubricants and coatings, and Product Development Manager at UFLEX Group, managing the development of co-extruded PET films. Additional experience includes roles at COBURN TECHNOLOGIES, INC., as Coatings Chemist, and as Research Associate at the University of Connecticut, leading research on drug delivery systems and multifunctional materials. Educational background includes a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering, both from Chungnam National University, and a BS from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
