Steven Bray is a seasoned professional in the offshore and subsea industry, currently serving as Business Development Manager for Floating Offshore Wind initiatives at Polytech since August 2022. Prior to this role, Steven was with CRP Subsea as Commercial Manager from March 2021 to August 2022 and spent nearly 18 years at Trelleborg Offshore, progressing through various leadership positions including Global Product Group Manager for Buoyancy and Clamp Systems. Early career experience includes a Development Design Engineer role at David Brown Gear Systems Limited. Steven holds an MSc in Design of Rotating Machinery from Cranfield University and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on Renewables, from The University of Huddersfield.
