Pradeep Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production and waste water management within the automotive sector, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Polyplastics Industries India Pvt Ltd since February 2008. With a strong background in surface finishing, including plating and rack designing, Pradeep has held various managerial roles in Polyplastics Industries, contributing significantly to production efficiency and waste management. Prior to this, Pradeep was a Senior Technical Engineer at Artek Surfin Chemicals Ltd, focusing on customer satisfaction and troubleshooting across plating lines, and also worked as a Plant Engineer at India International House, specializing in manual nickel chrome plating and electro-phoratic lacquer coating.
