Sam Howcroft currently serves as a Motor Quality Complaint Handler at Close Brothers since January 2023. In addition, Sam has been a Customer Experience Coordinator at UFCM since September 2020 and has held the position of Underfloor Heating Sales Support at Polypipe since November 2016. With a diverse background in customer support and sales, Sam has developed strong skills in complaint handling and customer experience management.
