Sharon Byrne-Cotter is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in blockchain technology and financial regulation. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Polygon Labs since January 2024, Sharon previously played instrumental roles at Consensys, including as Product Program Manager and Director PMO for Infura, where responsibilities included coordinating the enablement of multiple blockchain networks and leading agile software project development. Earlier experience includes a tenure at BNY Mellon, managing global financial regulatory product programs and leading a technology PMO team, as well as delivering IT solutions while at Microsoft Corporation. Sharon holds a degree from Trinity College Dublin.
