Currently serving as COO at Polygon Danmark since August 2023, Paw previously held the position of Unit Manager in Copenhagen, following the integration of Dansk bygningskontrol into Polygon Group in January 2018. With a background that includes strategic roles such as Regional Director and Partner at Dansk bygningskontrol, Board Member at DB Invest A/S, and significant leadership positions at Skadeservice Danmark A/S and Netto, Paw has developed expertise in project management, operational oversight, and employee development. Educational credentials include a Mini MBA in Business Economy from Probana Business School and various diplomas in commerce and administration, complemented by ongoing fire department training.
