Josh Mugford is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the stone and construction industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Polycor since July 2022, Josh drives sales growth and oversees the sales team for the east coast territory. Previous roles at Polycor include National Accounts Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed program development and sales support for key national accounts in Michigan, and various managerial positions at Swenson Granite Works, including Plant Manager and Project Manager, overseeing operations and project execution. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Landscape Sales Representative at Trowel Trades Supply and as a Civil Engineer Inspector with the Vermont Transportation Agency, showcasing a diverse background in sales, management, and engineering. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a minor in Engineering from Hope College.
