Vijit Patil currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Polycab India Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Vijit Patil worked at Novartis from February 2009 to October 2023, holding several positions including Associate Director of Information Security & Compliance for South Asia, Country Information Security and Risk Management Manager, Manager of IT Compliance & Business Applications, and IT Business Application Quality & Compliance Manager. Vijit Patil earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in IT & Finance from The ICFAI University, Tripura, between 2007 and 2009, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Instrumentation from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology from 2002 to 2006.
